Row 14 Bistro was a restaurant located on 14th Street, Denver’s Ambassador Street, across from the Colorado Convention Center.  Feder Commercial Realty Advisors represented the restaurant’s owner upon its closure, and thoroughly marketed the property to established restaurant groups throughout the Denver area.  Ultimately FCRA was able to secure two potential buyers for the space who bid against each other, leading to a price above listing for the seller.  In doing so, FCRA was able to help its client make the most out of a bad situation quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.
