Lower 48

Lower 48 Kitchen was a restaurant located at the base of 2020 Lawrence in Denver’s Ballpark Neighborhood, three blocks from Coors Field.  Representing the project’s owner who needed to relocate, Feder Commercial Realty Advisors maintained strict confidentiality in offering the opportunity to select prospects who fit the character of the building and of the Ballpark Neighborhood.  Through targeted outreach, FCRA ultimately secured a buyer for the space at an above market price, who maintained the space as a restaurant to capture its highest and best use.
