Platform at Union Station
OVERVIEW
Status: Completed
Platform at Union Station
As the tallest structure in the Union Station Redevelopment, Platform will garner premium downtown and mountain views, high-end, modern interiors and incomparable amenities. A 6,852 square foot retail space at the corner of 17th and Wewatta is positioned to take advantage of first-class dining and shopping along Denver’s up and coming transit hub. The property is ideally located proximate to the future Whole Foods Flagship store opening in 2017 in the ground floor of Pivot, as well as adjacent to the commuter rail platform, home of the A Line to Denver International Airport and future transit throughout the Denver Metro Area. Feder Commercial Realty Advisors diligently represented the project’s owners, Holland Partner Group and Invesco in pursuing many potential tenants for the space before negotiating a lease with Tupelo Honey Café, an extremely successful southern food restaurant headquartered in Asheville, NC.
